The only way to LEARN mathematics is to DO mathematics.
2016 ToC meet and greet with Kenny Chesney
About Ms. Gannon Welcome! My name is Ms. Casey Gannon. This is my 12th year teaching high school mathematics at Greenville High School. I look forward to teaching you some great math while having fun. So far I have taught Algebra 1, Algebra 1A & 1B, AIS, Statistics through Project Based Learning, Financial Algebra and Math B. I will be teaching IB Mathematics SL for the 2017-2018 school year. I graduated from Mount Saint Mary College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a certification in Secondary Education and a minor in Psychology. I earned my Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction for Mathematics from the University of Phoenix – I never left New York though. This year I became a T3 Regional Trainer for Texas Instruments. Some of my favorite activities and hobbies include camping, hiking, photography, playing/coaching softball, attending NY Yankees and NY Giants games and spending time with my family. I am a mom to three fur babies that I adopted from the local humane society (Otis, Pudge and Elvis). He asked, and I said yes! If you are curious the videos are below.
I'm looking forward to a great year!
